Did not turn up repeatedly

Repeatedly changed dates, did not turn up twice without any contact. See below clip email I sent to him and his reply.
My email 19/10/22
"ok this is getting to be ridiculous. No one turned up again. I have lost count how many times you have cancelled and rearranged and this is the second time no warning just no one turning up. I have given up on you and need my money back by return. You are incapable of actually carrying out the work I have paid for. Please respond by return you have returned my money.
Yours very unhappily"

"We do not offer refunds and we don't accept the disgusting email you have sent to us, do not talk to us by in that manner again.
I will be round this afternoon to complete your clean. Once we have finished your service, due to the nature of your communications and unacceptable attitude you will be banned from using our services.
Your services will be completed and account closed there after."
I think this explains why I leave a negative review, I am pretty sure my email was NOT disgusting!
Edit: Latest update, he will only do my remaining paid up front for 5 cleans if I remove this bad review. I am pretty sure that isn't what this review system is for, manipulating a customer into only good reviews. He is convinced a customer complaint is bullying, he scares me.

So, how can we navigate this culture? Here are some things to keep in mind:

We don't ignore negative reviews, we respond via email to them professionally and have always tried to resolve the issue before a review is left. Sometimes is simply because it rained, or Matt was unwell or perhaps the van broke down, we all have children that have time off school. We live in the same reality and have the same responsibilities as others, we're sorry we can't avoid everyday delays, and we always offer to attend or a customer can easily book an appointment online.

So, take negative reviews with a grain of salt, and we shouldn't be expect to provide refunds due to delays and we could simply attend the next day Consider the context and the reviewer's tone. Look for a balance of reviews. A mix of positive and negative reviews can actually be more trustworthy than all-positive ones.

Be an informed consumer. Don't rely solely on reviews to make decisions. Look for other sources of information as well.
The review culture isn't perfect, but it can be a powerful tool for both consumers and businesses. By understanding its strengths and weaknesses, we can all use it to make better choices and a safer market place."

Bad experience with this company

Bad experience with this company
They move the appointment 2 times, because of different reasons, and they try to tell me different reasons to don't come to 3 th appointment.
Just waisting my time.

Excellent service

Excellent service. I’d struggled to find a new window cleaner as most are scared off by the house design (3 storey/hard to access balcony) but saw these guys cleaning my neighbours windows so asked her to get them to pop by. My windows were absolutely filthy but they were able to clean them straight away and they are sparkling again! Great service and really friendly. We will definitely be booking again! Highly recommended.

Very good

Matt did a great job cleaning our driveway and re-sanding. Furthermore he completed a clean of our windows. All done in a timely manner and value for money.

Excellent service, highly recommended

Matthew from Shining Windows provided an excellent service for me at my property in Milton Keynes. He cleaned all windows including a medium sized conservatory for a very reasonable price.
I have no criticism for Matthew and his expert service, I would highly recommend.
