I recently purchased an Audi Q2 and had the pleasure of dealing with Hywel throughout the process. From the very first conversation, he was lovely, approachable, and incredibly knowledgeable about the car and the brand. What a disgrace of a company totally unhelpful salesman lied to get his sale and the Sales Manager how rude and sarcastic on the phone , they got the car wrong told me it was the same as my old one now trying to get out of it and never mentioned the £99 until day of collection , don’t want to change the vehicle yet there mistake to cover the salespersons backside would never recommend and wouldn’t buy a vehicle from Audi Bridgend again disgrace now they got the sale they don’t care am unhappy and they ain’t bothered avoid avoid avoid , they also never mentioned the extra tax I had to pay refused to give me a refund on it and been trying to change this vehicle over 2 weeks with no communication only e mail to say they will look into I have contacted trading standards a solicitor and also the motor Ombudsman they are covering there backsides and I want this vehicle changing ! Martin Nixon was the salesperson and Stuart price the so called sarcastic Sales Manager !Disgusted

Purchased an Audi A5 coupe recently from
Audi Bridgend . I must say it was an extremely good experience. The sales exec I dealt with ( Hywel ) was excellent and even came to work during his holiday to do the handover.

Yet again buying another new car from Bridgend Sinclair Audi was an extremely pleasant, seamless experience. Being, I suppose, old fashioned if I don’t feel comfortable with the salesperson I walk away even if it is not the sensible, financial thing to do. I have bought many new cars from Sinclair Audi and Martin, Sales Executive, and I have had a lot of laughs along each and every purchase. First class service in all their departments.

As a repeat customer of Bridgend Audi, 3 new, 1 used vehicle purchased. This experience delivered by Cameron at Bridgend Audi has been, and I will be polite, when saying appalling.
He was very, very keen to secure the sale, keeping in regular contact. Once the order was placed I had to chase him on a regular basis for updates. He, despite agreeing to then keep me updated, failed to do so. It was only the very, very professional intervention of the sales manager Mr Phil Morgan, and sales executive Andrew taking over the process that saved the order from being cancelled.
Prior to this purchase, for balance, I have received excellent service from all staff at Bridgend Audi, and I sincerely hope this poor experience will be an isolated incident
