Great showroom, even better customer care
I really enjoyed my experience at BYD Cardiff, i was blown away by the quality of the car i test dove and later purchased.
Carwyn in particular was a great help taking me through the steps of purchasing a car. Very friendly and very honest with his advice on what vehicle suited my needs.

My experience
The sales team are friendly and knowledgeable. Even when there were a few initial difficulties about the delivery they provided options that were appropriate. All contact has been very good and the inevitable questions that arise when you are taking delivery of your first electric car are answered speedily and effectively.
