The whole team at BYD Cardiff made the process of buying my new car very easy.
My sales man was Adam who gave me all the information that I needed to make an informed decision. After receiving my seal udmi last Wednesday I couldn't be happier with the car. Love it absolutely love it.

Friendly and helpful
Both Alice and Connor were helpful from the outset. There were some glitches with the paperwork but this was resolved promptly and without too much inconvenience.
A follow up call from Alice was a great touch as Alice was not on site when I collected the car.
A pleasant experience.
