Adam has been excellent. Honest and truthful regarding every query or question . Only down side was the fact we were promised a delivery date on car of 1 week but apparently this was a ghost car ? Don t make promises to vlients that can t be delivered as it made a difference to the overall experience of buying the car of choice

Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Made the process very easy. When collecting the car though it would be nice to have a gift to mark the occasion. I’ve purchased other cars and there has always been a welcome gift. Carwyn though was very helpful throughout!

Great experience buying a new car from this company. Sales men were not pushy at all - they let the car do the talking! I am new to electric vehicles but they took time to explain things I needed to know. Having an hour for a test drive really helped to get to know the car too. Follow up conversations excellent too - really pleased!
