Lack of response from customer services
The order and collection went very well, but a fault has occurred with the car and I have chatted to a bot and emailed. After two weeks, no appointment has been made to rectify the situation. Somebody needs to sort out customer services.

Worst new car experience ever
Worst new car experience ever. Arrived to collect my vehicle and discovered the wrong number plates had been fitted. Being a Sunday I was told they were in the parts department which was locked and they did not have access. New plates were to be made only to find out they didn't know the password to the computer. After a 2hr delay, finally drove off in my new car. I queried if the car had been registered in the wrong plates and was assured it was just a fitting error and not to worry. My log book arrived 2 days later and I discovered I had been driving around in a car that was not registered with the DVLA on the number plates fitted to it and also not taxed in the number plates fitted to it. The after sales experience with BYD was nothing short of a shambles, one excuse after another. Only 1 person seemed to know what they were doing. After 3 weeks of administrative pain, I finally decided enough was enough and returned the vehicle and obtained a refund. Will not be returning.

Excellent service, ordered my Byd at the end of Feb and picked up on the 25th march.
Did have issues with the internets and the app for the car but one phone call to them and was sorted out in a day. Deff worth checking out Byd sinclair

Excellent service at Cardiff BYD
My husband and I visited the BYD Cardiff showroom in December to look at the BYD Excellence as I am interested in acquiring one. The young man who if I remember correctly was Adam, gave us first class service. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable about the car and was able to answer all our questions. He showed us many features of the car and what options I had for purchasing.

Brilliant staff, brilliant car!
Not the smoothest process with ordering and recieving the car due to demand of the cars and the company themselves keeping up with it, however, Sam and Adam made the whole thing so much better! Always there when needed, and I finally have my perfect car and cannot thank them enough! Honestly, do not let the wait time put you off not only are the cars well worth it.
