Very good service
Very good service. The staff at BYD were efficient and helpful. Maria looked after me and kept me informed from my first visit until pick up and has even contacted me since to check how I am getting on.

The Service and car
The Service, from the moment I was walk in through the sales room, was greeted by a warm friendly sale staff, I dealt with Maria, she was friendly and knowledgeable about the car that I wanted, anything she didn't know she would find out.
Give me the best deal and all the information that was on offer and was not pushy
From start to finish, she was in constant contact on the progress of car from sale to the day I picked up the car.
Maria also deserve a 5 star rating for an excellent customer service
The car itself - Atto 3 Design is exactly what I needed and packed with enough tech and a high spec that rival any other cars at the most affordable price

Buying The BYD Seal U DM I
All the staff were very helpful from Olivia who dealt with me initially and who I placed my order with to Elliot and Maria who dealt with the handover.
The car exceeded my expectations its functions were explained well and I felt that if there were any problems, they would be dealt with.

Sinclair BYD Swansea great experience and great performance of Mr Elliott.
Great experience from day 1 visit , staff was friendly and cooperative.we had a detailed conversation about the all vehicles or deals on them . Afterwards we booked our test drive on Sinclair byd swansea branch and we met with Mr Elliott . He was a very nice, polite friendly guy & we booked BYD Atto 3 on the same day and for collection next week.
Whole process gone very well and smoothly with the guidance of Elliott . He helped a lot on telephone calls about the signing of all documents and collection of vehicle. I am really impressed with his behaviour.

A pleasant experience.........
The people I met in the process of me being interested in buying a car to clinching the deal at BYD Swansea made me feel comfortable throughout; they were extremely helpful, very tolerant and made the process easy - no high-pressure salesmanship at all. This is not what I expected in a place selling cars!
