Incredible staff

I took my autistic 7yo here yesterday. He currently has an obsession with cars and loves seeing them up close. As you would expect, on arrival I was asked if I needed any help, so I explained that my son loves cars and could we look around to show him the cars but he wouldn't touch them or go inside. The young girl I spoke to was so lovely and said he could go inside but to take his shoes off and no climbing through the car (the fact this even needed to be said baffled me - why are people letting this kids climb over show cars? 🫪). We couldn't afford a Jag or Land Rover and definitely weren't going to generate a sale, but the team were more than happy to let my son see the cars.

I can honestly say, you made my boys day. He was gleaming and so excited. He was on cloud 9 all day. Thank you so much.

I'd like the staff member to know how much it's appreciated so if possible to feed this back. I visited around 14.30 on 27/06/26. There were 2 receptionists, and it was the younger girl with longe, lighter hair. I didn't catch her name.

I can honestly say, based on the experience we had, should we ever be able to afford a car from JLR/Sinclair, I wouldn't think twice about going back!

Got what I wanted

Did look at a Porsche Cayenne and a Mercedes for a comparison check . No contest !!

Superb Service

Having recently purchased a vehicle from Sinclair Group in Cardiff, I wanted to take a moment to recognise Ben Griffiths, who guided me through the entire process.

Ben is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the JLR range. He seamlessly managed every aspect of the purchase, delivering on every promise and providing first-class customer service throughout. His professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to ensuring a smooth experience made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free.

I had previously purchased a vehicle from Josh Sands at the dealership and returned because of the exceptional customer service I received. It came as no surprise to learn that Josh had been mentoring Ben, which undoubtedly explains why they both operate to such a high standard.

Sinclair Group should be extremely proud to have these two individuals representing the business. Their expertise, professionalism, and dedication to customer satisfaction are a credit to the dealership and a key reason why customers, like myself, continue to return.

Excellent Customer Service Sinclair Cardiff

I recently purchased a Range Rover Sport from Sean Watkins at Sinclair Land Rover Cardiff, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. Sean provided outstanding customer service throughout — professional, approachable, and never pushy, which made the whole process genuinely enjoyable.
His knowledge of the vehicle was excellent, and he took the time to answer all questions clearly and honestly, giving complete confidence in the purchase. Everything was handled efficiently and smoothly, with great communication at every stage.

Brand new velar

Top class experience from a top team

The team totally looked after me, updating me st each stage, staying in contact and helping when I messed up the online finance application. On the day of pick up everything was organized with the unveiling of the car and beautiful flowers…I also had the benefit of driveway cover which made the whole experience even simpler. Big shout out to Keith and Charlie who were wonderful

Excellent experience from start to finish
We recently purchased two vehicles through Sinclair Land Rover Cardiff, and the entire experience was seamless from beginning to end.
Ben Griffiths was outstanding throughout the process, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without ever being pushy. Communication was clear at every stage, everything was handled efficiently, and the vehicles arrived quickly, exactly as promised.
Buying two cars could easily have been complicated, but Ben made it feel straightforward and stress‑free. A first‑class service and a great team, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sinclair Land Rover Cardiff to anyone.

DO NOT BUY! Mis-sold, mis-treated - faulty car

We purchased a Jaguar EPace in August of 2024 and have had nothing but issues with it since. The sales person who sold it to us was nothing but pushy at the point of purchase and promised us all of the defects we had highlighted which we expected to be rectified after purchase (if we agreed) would be dealt with, little to say they were not! The day of collection we highlighted this and were told to deal with the after sales team who were also nothing but rude and unhelpful via the phone and email (Cameron especially!) after several emails, phone calls and proof of us not being assisted we have now raised a formal complaint with our finance company and Jaguar landrover. Within the first month we had a DPF issue which has continued throughout us owning this vehicle. It has been back to Jaguar three times. The most recent being March 26 where we were told due to them now being 'Sinclair' our extended and additional purchased warranty might I add which would also go towards someone's commission, isn't valid! Despite the car being in Jaguar Landrover Cardiff for two whole days and being told it was being dealt with, we were then contacted by the rude full of attitude receptionist Shannon who laughed at us on the phone when we confirmed we had purchased the vehicle at the Cardiff Branch and told us and I quote "it's just the branch not the company so you aren't covered and have to pay £546 plus the cost for a sensor because we are now Sinclair and not Jaguar Landrover (which is irrelevant)". Following this we requested a call from a Manager who had allowed them to provide us with a courtesy car for the whole two days (despite us not being covered under warranty apparently which makes no sense) who repeated the same script that they are Sinclair and our warranty is with jaguar Land Rover. We haven't received any form of notification via letter or email to say our warranty is no longer covered due to Sinclair now owning them, so this is complete mis-selling of a product. We also spoke with our finance company who confirmed we can hand the faulty car back and have our deposit refunded as well as any payments we have made so far which the sales manager also refused and said we need to raise a complaint. My partner then received a call from someone named Helen who said they should have completed the required work and they were in the wrong and she would be in touch within 5 working days, still nothing! We are now stuck with a car with a fault which has been there since day one raising complaints left right and centre which is causing us loss of time as well as energy. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR from them full stop!!

Your vehicle was purchased in 2024 under Stratstone (Lithia Group) and is covered by a Stratstone warranty. While this remains valid, it is administered through Stratstone/Lithia retailers. As Cardiff is now part of Sinclair Group, we’re unable to process this warranty directly.
