Used Discovery Purchase
The car as presented look good, the work they said they would do was done, but tyres were not replayed with like for like but a mid price brand. Which is a shame as the previous tyres were the recommended factory fit. This will affect road noise and economy.
All staff were pleasant and professional in my interactions with them.

I have found over time that Land Rover…
I have found over time that Land Rover agents are generally good and recently that Sinclair are very good. In purchasing my latest Range Rover I had a lot useful conversations, a bespoke video of the car and practical advice on things like insurance. The collection was a pleasure and all round I couldn't recommend Sinclair in Ludlow enough.

Great experience
It is totally down to the person who handled the sale. Mr Mark Sutcliffe, he respected how I said I wanted to be contacted and remained totally helpful throughout the process. His handover of the vehicle was thorough taking as much time as I needed to show me the controls and how to adjust them. The day after I took possession he rung me to check everything was ok, and to offer further assistance if needed with any of the controls.

Excellant Service
Having recently moved to the area, I needed a new "home" for my Defender servicing and maintenance. Sinclairs — and especially Naughton and the service team — have been excellent from the very first contact and throughout my ongoing experience.
I had a minor warranty issue that happened to coincide with the recent JLR shutdown, but the team kept me fully updated and informed throughout. They couldn’t have been more helpful.
I must say, the whole experience has been far better than with my previous dealerships in Surrey and Sussex. Thank you!

Amazing dealership
