Yet another great experience, second Defender from these guys. Dealt with Philip in sales who was new to his role but still very helpful and considerably knowledgeable even though he was a newby!
Perhaps a little more support/training could be given to Philip to help him understand the processes/paperwork related to a new car sale.

this is the best garage i have used in 40years
this is the second time i have used Sinclair land rover at Ludlow and the whole team.
i can not find a fault with the cars are turned out as described .
when you ring the garage and the person you require is
busy they all ways return your call the same day.

Even though there was a problem with…
Even though there was a problem with the initial specification saying there was a heated steering wheel but not due to change of factory add-on packages.
The dealership dealt with the problem promptly and financially acceptable and i`m very pleased with the car.

From the very first contact to the follow up call after I’d collected my car the service offered was first class.
Jess provided me with all the information I needed so quickly and organised a test drive all on the same day. Will was excellent in outlining all my finance options and there was no pressure to make decisions without thought.

Range Rover Sport Purchase.
Over the last 12years I've used several Land Rover/ Jaguar dealers, Sinclair Ludlow are setting extremely high standards, they fully appreciated our requirements and remained consistent in their support throughout the process. Their consideration was always first class such as moving our test car in to the viewing bay during a heavy down pour, allowing my disabled with to transfer from her electric wheel chair in the dry. Beyond that, it's sometimes the simplest of things that speak volumes with regards to a determination to achieve the highest level of customer care, such as the placement of a bowl of water in the reception lobby for anyone who may visit with their dogs.
A most enjoyable experience, we are more than happy to return for their continued support & service.

Used Discovery Purchase
The car as presented look good, the work they said they would do was done, but tyres were not replayed with like for like but a mid price brand. Which is a shame as the previous tyres were the recommended factory fit. This will affect road noise and economy.
All staff were pleasant and professional in my interactions with them.
