Sinclair Ludlow gave me a great discount on my new defender which I couldn’t get near this price at my local dealers.
Mark Sutcliffe was amazing throughout the purchase process, completing everything without needing to travel to the showroom until the day of collection.
Mark kept me up to date throughout each stage of the order, build and delivery.
Although on the day of collection I didn’t receive the handover experience I’m used to receiving from Land Rover which was a disappointment but other than this the experience was great and the price excellent!

Just picked up my new car and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Glenn was absolutely top notch from start to finish – professional, helpful, and always on hand. I could message him any time of day (even on his days off!) and he’d come back with meaningful updates and clear communication. Service like that is rare. All of the staff from reception through to sales and service are all very professional, pleasant and helpful.
Will Edwards and Glen Challis took me through the different model and finance options and explained everything in detail to allow me to make the purchase that suited me best.
They also went the extra mile is removing third party equipment from the vehicle I was trading in. This was very helpful.
