I recently had my car serviced at Sinclair Newport, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently.
A special thanks to Sean, who organised the whole process seamlessly. He kept me informed at every stage, was easy to contact, and made sure everything was done to a high standard. It's rare to come across someone who genuinely goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction – Sean absolutely did that.
The service itself was carried out on time, with clear communication about what was being done and no unexpected surprises. My car feels great to drive again, and it’s reassuring to know it’s been properly looked after.

We have had big issues with Sinclair Cardiff branch so when my new evoke needed to have investigation work we went to Newport
What a difference ! We where welcomed by than who very efficiently got the car booked in and upon returning the situation was explained very clearly in a friendly manor to us

So glad that I bought my Land Rover Through the approved used service at JLR Newport. It’s been a real help knowing that I have the warranty and any worries I have had have been swiftly dealt with by Sean and Rhian and the engineers. Communication is great and it’s easy to speak to the team and get updates when work is carried out. Great experience buying an approved used Jaguar
Bought an approved used Jaguar and the process end to end was excellent. Ashley was great when we viewed the car, helpful but in no way pushy, we felt that we had all the time we needed without pressure. Kyle has been looking after us through the paperwork and again has been excellent. I'd very much recommend the team!

High Quality Experience
Probably the best experience that I have had to date from a main dealer of any marque.
They implemented a safety recall but also carried out a health check and valet. The receptionists were both friendly and helpful.
I was able to wait for the work to be completed in relaxed surroundings with excellent coffee.
