I recently visited Bridgend VW and had the pleasure of dealing with Gavin. From start to finish, his professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail were outstanding. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was explained clearly, kept me updated throughout the process and made the whole experience seamless and stress-free.

New Car!!
Visited Bridgend branch after seeing a car online. The colleagues here couldn't have been more helpful. After getting home and deciding the car was for me, phoned and spoke to Dan to put a small deposit on the car to secure. Went back the next day to finalise the purchase. Dan was fab! Answering all my questions with no problem at all. Nothing was to much trouble. Also massive thanks to Gareth the finance guy for making everything painless. Obviously the true test of good customer service comes when/if there's any issues and how it's dealt with, but judging by my experience so far shouldn't be a problem. Many thanks, Chris
