Richard has been amazing! I have been looking to get a new car for a while and we saw the polo 50 edition crystal blue. Richard was helpful all the way and was lovely to meet in person who made sure i was happy with the car. After long issues with a different vw dealership (Redditch Vw) I visited Cardiff VW Sinclair and the salesman Babs and the manager Luke was a pleasure to meet and didn’t stop working until my issues were resolved and we had the best experience and service possible with this dealership!
