From first entering the show room nothing was too much for Wayne (Sinclair VW Cardiff) to source the car we wanted ie colour and Spec then keeping us updated in the time frame which was a lot quicker than we expected 😊

Communication is excellent
Communication is excellent. I was updated on the progress of my new car not only by email but by personal calls from the sales team. I found them to be the most customer friendly garage I have dealt with.
This is the third car I have bought from the Sinclair Group, (second one from their Cardiff branch) and I have been very pleased with each one - which is the reason I keep going back!
After-sales is excellent and the service contract is both reasonably priced and well managed by the service team. If there is an issue with the car and it flags up on their system they will ring you. If your service is due they will email or ring you.
Excellent overall and highly recommended.

Great experience all round
I had to take my new Volkswagen T-Roc in to have the drivers window and petrol flap looked at and it was made very easy. I can’t remember the name of the gentleman i dealt with at Volkswagen Cardiff yesterday but he was friendly and professional, had the same model courtesy car waiting for me, had all my issues sorted within the same day and when I came to pick my car back up later that afternoon it had even been washed. Great experience all round

Buying multiple cars at the same time…
Buying multiple cars at the same time from Sinclair was not the experience we expected, communication was very bad and agreed promises were broken as well as multiple paperwork mistakes. In the end the cars arrived and very pleased with the vehicles just not an enjoyable experience
