Very pleased with this garage from first contact. I travelled to the mainland to puchase a new Touareg. Sales exec. Adam Roberts efficiently sorted everything for us from the initial phone enquiry, photos, videos, price negotiation, sale and handover. Adam was an absolute gentleman and looked after us very well. His mannerism and professionalism proved he is a credit to this business. If purchasing from this garage I highly recommend Adam as your point of contact. A query after purchase was sorted immediately. I would be more than happy to return to this garage in the future if the opportunity arises.

The time taken to explain everything about my purchase was very much appreciated. I was made to feel that no question was a silly one. I felt reassured that I would be looked after not just during my purchase but with any follow up questions or needs. My purchase was 2 weeks ago and I’ve already had fantastic follow up help/check. I felt well informed but there was no hard sales pitch, which was lovely as that really puts me off! Great service, all at a fair price. You won’t be disappointed at Sinclair VW Newport.

Purchased a new Golf
We downsized by returning our 2 Sinclair VW cars, and settled on a new Golf.
The process was straightforward from start to finish, and Eliot in VW Newport provided excellent service.
I would also mention Mike who solved an IT problem linking MyVW to my mobile phone.
