Adam was brilliant from start to finish and sold me a lovely Tiguan . I travelled from Dorset and was met with a coffee and a spanking clean car ready to test drive. Then a week later I went back to collect . So far the car is a dream family car! Thanks

Received a positive experience
The help I received from the salesman was exceptional and couldn’t fault any of it. They were very willing to give me the experience e.g test drives in vehicles, to assist me in making my decision. Friendly but Professional service
From the time you walk through the door you receive a friendly professional greeting at Sinclair Newport.
We had the pleasure of being helped with our purchase by Dave Skinner. Who talked us through the whole process. He was in regular communication with us throughout. This was especially important to us as there was a delay in getting our vehicle due to a random VW process.
Once we collected the car Dave Skinner showed us around the car interior. He is someone with whom we wouldn’t hesitate to deal with again.

Amazing Customer Service & went above what I would have ever expected.
I recently purchased a Volkswagen Tayron thanks to Eliot Gould and his great customer service. I was looking to purchase a new car with lots a space due to having a third child, he offered for me to have a test drive when I first went in and arranged another test drive at a later date. I was told there was a 6 month wait on the petrol hybrid and there was no stock at other dealerships but a staff member who had one on order allowed to me purchase their one. The service at Sinclair Volkswagen Newport is above any beyond what I would have expected. Thank you
