Fabulous service, care and efficiency.

A worry free car purchase
From our initial enquiry to the handover of our new car Phil Parry was a great help. Always ready to listen to our needs and to offer advice where needed. Phil was very honest with facts and figures we didn't feel rushed whilst exploring options or feel pushed into our purchase in any way (which is something I always worry about). Good communication throughout the process through phone calls, e mails or on person. Fantastic explanation of the features of the car during the handover. We have had a few questions since then and Sinclair Newport have been more than happy to help. Overall the worry of buying a new car was taken away through the service making it an enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend Sinclair Newport and particularly Phil (obviously through our personal experience. The car is also AMAZING 🤩

On the whole we had a really excellent…
On the whole we had a really excellent experience and Matt’s commitment to making sure everything was just right was a pleasure. I would have hoped the dealership could have made the collection experience more special but I guess the refurbishment of the building hindered that. All felt a bit flat.
That said the car is great and we were happy with the price and the overall experience. Thanks again.

Disappointed with brand new car
My brand new car with 6 miles on the clock had a warning light on it .. under investigation there appears to be a leak .. water is getting into the car .., it’s brand new .. hopeless
The garage are trying to fix it .. but it’s brand new it should not have happened in the first place. Very disappointed

Best Price & Best deal
We decided on getting my wife a new Golf - we tried 3 different VW Garages - A) Merthyr B) Hereford C) Newport - Required a ‘Cash Buy’ - and ‘Best Price’ - B came up with a Good Price - however C were able to match them, however the sales person Adam Roberts was far better to deal with - giving Confidence and Comfortable in the deal - which was concluded after 2 meetings. I would recommend to do business with Adam again.
