Amazing Service!
The customer service I received was superb. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff were friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
Adam Roberts, who my son and I dealt with, was particularly helpful, and patient in dealing with our questions etc. I would definitely recommend both him and Sinclair VW Newport.

Excellent service from start to finish! We bought an electric vehicle from the Sinclair Group based n Newport and were assisted by Elliot. Having had previous bad experiences when it comes to purchasing a vehicle we were somewhat suspicious and pleasantly surprised by their high level of customer service. Highly recommend

This is the experience of Newport…
This is the experience of Newport Sinclair VW as suffered by a 70 year old lady.
Last week (mid- March) an exhaust warning light appeared on her VW Golf. She had suspected a problem since a service last Nov - the exhaust sounded as if it was blowing, but as car was just serviced she thought all must be OK
She asked Sinclair VW in Newport to investigate. Told first opportunity is in JUNE!!! and to contact Roadside Assistance
What sort of service is this??
Sinclair are a main VW Dealer??
Don't think I will be buying a VW from them.

From the minute you walk in the welcome of a warm drink (on a cold day) is offered and a member of staff is fetched for your requirement. Adam was polite, upbeat, professional and understanding. The whole experience was great! Super friendly team! With that in mind it made the whole transition of buying, a breeze. Adam especially even got in touch on his day off! That’s commitment. Each time I call, straight through and called back if not available. A great service.

Outstanding service
Elliot Gould dealt with us, he was particularly helpful and knowledgeable.
We only really went in to look at cars and ended up buying a Polo which we are thrilled with. Elliot could answer all our questions and put us completely at ease.
We were introduced to Harry, the manager. He too was extremely helpful.
We were made to feel nothing was too much trouble and I will happily recommend this garage.
