Great Service - Great Car!
We ordered an Audi Q7 last year with a lovely Audi rep called Chris from Audi Swansea. He explained the whole process throughly when we initially went to view the cars as this is the first brand new car we have purchased. We knew there would be a wait for the vehicle due to it being a custom build and also a brand new 2024 trim. Chris kept us updated weekly on the delays and even though the car did take longer than we had initially hoped. It was well worth the wait, we are delighted with our new car and delighted with the outstanding service we received from Audi Swansea thank you Chris and the rest of the team.

Failed MOT on suppose small cuts in Tyre 3 times over 4 years, same MOT Test Engineer
Over the last 4 years of MOT's this test engineer has failed the same car 3 times due to supposed small cuts in the tread of a tyre, when i have been shown they have been hairline and made bigger when he pokes a metal spike into them and pulls them apart and then says i need a new tyre when there is 6mm plus of tread still on the tyre. i have taken the car to other garages (ATS and Kwik Fit) and they have said that they would not have failed to MOT. it has been the same engineer on all the occasions that I have taken it to Sinclair Audi. I purchased the car from Audi and it came with an MOT insurance policy where any faulty parts that are MOT failures would be covered free of charge, accept wearable items such as tyres and brakes etc. my feeling here is that this testing station is making it so i will start to take my car elsewhere and so the lose this insurance as it has to be completed by Audi for it to continue.

Communication is exceptional - I was kept up to date with the process of my car almost daily! Ffion is very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. My car had to be shipped from Bridgend and when it arrived they sent a video of the exterior and interior. Very professional company and I will definitely return.

Long awaited delivery of new Q5
The support from Sinclairs was excellent, particularly Kieran. Very long delay, November ordered but June collected. Communication with Sinclairs excellent but Audi UK poor. Frustrating for me and the dealer. Once delivered to them Sinclairs worked hard to PDI, sort out finance etc within 2 days to facilitate my holiday plans. Greatly appreciate the effort and customer service.
