Single Track bikes provided a great service, responsive and great communication throughout the purchase process, including arranging finance. The frames was even in stock and delivered ahead of schedule. Extremely happy with the service and I'd highly recommend.

A1 friendly and efficient service

I'm pleased to recommend Singletrack bikes. An out dated photograph on the Singletrack website lead to an inappropriate purchase. The intended goods being no longer deliverable, Singletrack immediately price-matched with the cheapest supplier and refunded the difference plus 50% to cover any inconvenience. It is easy to praise when everything goes right, but it is how a company handles problems that I feel is more telling.

... I could find to get the right gauge (15/16/15) spokes to rebuild my old 27" Birmalux/Lambert (36/36) and Dunlop/Racelite (32/40) wheels at a reasonable price. I'll be back!

The exact thing I wanted (Elite Turbo-trainer), cheaper than anywhere else, and with no extra costs.
Was told when it would arrive, which was two days after I'd ordered it. And it did.

Ordered my son's new bike from Singletrack. I was worried it wouldn't arrive in time for his birthday, but it was a great deal cheaper from Singletrack, so I called them up for delivery advice. They were very helpful and assured me the bike would arrive in time. And it certainly did, within about three working days. So top marks all around and I now have a very happy 10 year old too!
