We have been with Sitewizard for many years and I have always found them to be excellent however on this occasion the service has been far from acceptable. We have been experiencing email bounce backs for 2 days now (started Tuesday morning and it's now Thursday morning) and despite contacting them both days and sending a support ticket the problem still exists. Having spoken yesterday briefly with customer services it would appear to be n issue with Sitewizard's server providers however nobody has been in touch to explain what is happening or what they are doing about it. Not even an apology! This issue is now damaging our reputation with service users, our regulator and the legal profession.

Recently I became a client of Sitewizard. Dave Burke is my relationship manager. I was immediately impressed by his professionalism and willingness to help. We were in the process of taking over a business and acquiring the rights to a website which had been written on old code. Dave went over and above during this time to ensure a smooth and seamless transition. Some of our questions at the time were not under his direct remit to resolve. However, he was more than happy to act as the go between and to ensure prompt resolution to our requests. Plainly, a subject matter expert in his field of work, I certainly benefited from his expertise and would have no problem recommending his services to others.
Client centric, responsive and professional, I am very happy with the Sizewizard service.

I consider myself a bit of a dinosaur when it comes to search engine optimisation I heard of it but never knew what actually involved I reluctantly under protest to my old ways of thinking and quite frankly be set my ways to try this new idea of SEO. To be honest the best thing I ever done yes ok took about 2 months to see the work coming in which I was warned beforehand but I got an awful lot of new work coming in on a regular basis thanks to the sitewizard who were amazing .Dave Burke was particularly helpful and guiding me through the process being a matter of fact person explain very carefully that it would take time and setup. He offered a rolling month contract that I could pull out anytime and if I didn't see any results he offered my money back so an old dinosaur like me thought hey I've got nothing to lose I recommend sitewizard to anybody particularly dinosaurs like me the service was absolutely brilliant thank you site wizard they have also designed my website which is bloody marvellous according to customers and my web site has impressed new clients and existing clients as it looks impressive very professional and creates a good impression on my business I recommend sitewizard for all these things that's why I gave my 5-star rating which is unusual for an old fart like me.

Have used site wizard for my web site for around 13 years and SEO for three. They deliver great results and my customer base has increased significantly. Could do with some improvement when needing information or making changes as this sometimes needs to be chased or corrected although the technical team are fine with any changes to web site

I have been a client of Sitewizard for about 7 years and I am very happy with their service. In terms of website design they were able to come up with 'look and feel' that I think has stood the test of time.
They have also been able to do site updates in a timely and cost effective manner.
I have also engaged them for SEO work and they were able to achieve top ranking for my chosen keywords.
No complaints from me!

We have been using SiteWizard now for a number of years now and I really can't fault them in any way at all.
The CMS software which enables me to change my website wording, add pages, add photos and new tabs at my leisure.
It all just works fine !

Avoid at all costs!

Truly awful experience and shocking customer service. Have paid over £1,200 for really little. When challenged for transparency have been met by fake promises from our so called "account manager" and been told nonsense like "we can't share your articles with you as that is our intellectual property".

Very good at sales and marketing though so be careful not to fall into the same trap we unfortunately have.

this is the fourth website this company has designed & hosted for us & like technology they get better and better!

SiteWizard have provided me with a very useful report on our company website and were honest about our SEO performance and website quality. Friendly and helpful advice.

Sitewizard have been great - very reasonably priced and always responsive and helpful - from design through to ongoing support. I have no reservations about recommending them. They are a pleasure to work with.
