A great company to work with. They have put together two websites for me over the last few years. On each occasion, their patience with a non techy like me was very much appreciated. Sitewizard took care of everything including finding me bespoke email and web site addresses. The process of design was painless and they really take an interest in what you are trying to achieve. My Account Manager, Poppy Harris, was especially helpful, nothing was too much trouble, she is a credit to Site Wizard. It doesn't end there, as the on-going support has also been first class.

Good, speedy set-up arrangement. The only reason for four stars instead of five is that we have only just started working with this company and I can not provide a comprehensive opinion of their services just yet, but the set-up has certainly been great.

First I must thank SiteWizard to take on the job to bill a personal , customise professional website to suit my needs and customers

For the past three years I had a Wix site which was good , but it was locking a lot of features that I now get from my new website through SiteWizard

Very big improvement within the first two months of the site going live

My sales are up because it is a lot easier to navigate through the site

My NO EU customers get a fair deal because it automatic or remove VAT and calculate a wide range of shipping options

I am very happy with the after-care service that I received , thanks to Gary , any incident or any problem he will fits within 24 hours which is very good

To build a Taylor website to suit your needs will not come easy

First you have to understand what you need or have some ideas in your head or what you think your website should look like and how it should work for your customers

Overall I'm very happy with my website I am hoping to do more Business with SiteWizard

To start Site Wizard kept very good communications. Throughout the design and creation of the website we experienced nothing but positive interactions with Site Wizard.
After a short while, we began experiencing errors. Mostly, these errors were again dealt with- for things such as shipping options and basic html changes, they were dealt with swiftly and efficiently.
However, once deeper more involved errors started to occur, things started to go very very wrong.
In early 2015, errors were reported that are still ongoing. IT IS OF MY OPINION that in attempting to fix these errors, they merely created new errors. As after this was "fixed" (which it never actually was) it started to effect invoices; showing customers discounts that do not exist.
Site Wizard then informed us in nov 16 they were "migrating" their servers. After this, we found that the systems set up for us were failing. After one month, we found out that we had actually been losing hundreds of pounds a week because of an error by site wizard. Unfortunately, as SW claimed they were "unable to replicate the error" there was, no resolve, no compensation and no apology.

To this date, we are still experiencing the issues that have cost this money. Nobody at site wizard will communicate with us. We have been consistently ignored by our "account manager" We have been advised to contact the director who has also ignored us since mid January.

We experience daily complaints from unhappy customers due to their inability to access the services they were previously entitled to. They feel we have robbed them as we have had to withdraw our loyalty point system (money they had earned through loyalty, of which some had hundreds of pounds) Site Wizard offered us compensation of 10% off of future works. The work we wanted was valued at £1200, which is far less than Site Wizard mismanagement has cost our company- which we would have thought was reasonable- however, this was back in December 2016 and we are still no closer to a resolve. We have now had to ask our customers to contact sitewizard directly as we are beyond explanation.

Unless resorting to childish accusations, you may find it extremely difficult to communicate with SW should something go wrong. If you have plans for your business to grow, you should bare this in mind when you work with them. PLEASE GOOGLE THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS THESE ARE HIDDEN IN A BROWSEWRAP AND YOU DO NOT ACTUALLY AGREE TO ANY TERMS OR ANY CONTRACT WITH SITEWIZARD. Site Wizard are more than happy to ruin you, your business, your clients, your reputation and about anything they can get their hands on. You also own nothing at the end of it.

Before buying any services ensure you read the T&Cs on their website as they like to refer to these when problems arise, yet there is no mention of the T&Cs in any literature they email when they are trying to get you to commit to a service, it is only when there are issues that they will bring these to your attention.

Their 'SEO promise' of a refund if there is no improvement on your chosen keywords in 45 days, good luck trying to get this out of them, I mentioned this and was literally bamboozled by the salesman who obviously is used to answering this request. In short they will not return your money!

I gave them the benefit of the doubt and continued with their £420 a month service, 3 full months in and these are the results.

We have another 2 keywords and all 4 on the 29/6/2015 are in a worse position than where they were at the start. They will have a million excuses when you try to discuss issues and their only answer is keep paying the money it takes a while. I agree but if you are so confident of an improvement in 45 days why after 90 days am I still in a worse off position?

I asked them to not take this month's payment, they took it anyway and even though they will not be doing any work for us SEO wise over the next month they have refused to refund the money, so basically they have kept £420 for nothing, is that a company you can trust?
