Sitewizard are simply brilliant and I would highly recommend using them! The website they designed for us is superb and the team are always easily contactable if changes are required. Any issues that have occurred have always been resolved quickly!

Highly recommended if you're looking for someone to create an e-commerce website.

Received great advice and help today from Jo Brown at Sitewizard who are currently doing a very efficient job with SEO on my website. Jo advised me on other cost effective marketing strategies on Facebook and in other areas to maximise my profits and leads - her and her company are also doing SEO on my wife's new business and have managed to get her on page 1 Google within three weeks! Great results.

I have been using the Magenta platform since 2015 and I can honestly say 3 years on what an amazing transformation it has made to how our business performs. We use the DPD free module which fully links our webshop into the courier allowing customers to track their orders. We also use the Xero Module which uploads all our webshop sales into our accountants accounting package.
As for Sitewizard I am always blown away on just how professional they are at sorting out any problem quickly.

I have tried loads of so called SEO companies in the past without much success, I have recently signed up with Sitewizard and so far they have exceeded my expectations, time will tell long term but so far i am very impressed with the customer care and service

Signed up with Sitewizard Aug 2018 to help with our SEO. Provided with report of what could be done to our website to improve SEO which we worked with to do. Also given traffic light guide of how long it would take them to achieve page 1 for our chosen keyword phrases. After a few months little progress was made - they appeared to focus on very localised key phrases obviously these are easier wins for their stats. A few more months passed with little improvement on our chosen key phrases when queried our account manager assured me that we would see improvement very soon. Sadly we didn’t and after 6 months we decided we couldn’t justify paying them anymore (over 1k already spent). I realise SEO takes time and results can’t be guaranteed but at the end of the 6 months on nearly our key phrases or variations of them we were in a lower position than at month 1.

Emailed our account manager saying we wished to cancel our account due to the aforementioned only response we received was from accounts dept to confirm our account had been cancelled. No word or feedback from our account manager at all, even when I sent further email to him saying how disappointed I was not to have had a response from him.

Shocking display of incredibly poor customer service. Obviously we weren’t a very valued client!!

Very nice company, helped with two websites and really gave good advises how to do things. Will be buying more services from them in the future. Just one advise, if you need virtual terminal for your website payments, dont go to Worldpay, the worst company ever. For Sitewizard huge thanks for websites!!!

I have recently had my website created by Sitewizard and I have been extremely impressed by their service. I am very happy with the whole look of my site and it’s great to be able to phone up tech support during the day if I have any issues. They are local to me so it’s also great to be able to go in and actually speak to a person about things rather than trying to explain everything over the phone. The follow up after the site launched has been great too and it’s good that they offer advice and services to help with SEO, blogs web marketing etc. Overall I’m very happy and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new website.

I've been a client of Sitewizard for a couple of years now. They did my original website, but I've now had a new revamped site. It looks awesome, they really know their stuff.

They also do my SEO(Search Engine Optimization) basically getting my website higher on the search engines to increase its visibility thus profitability.

I have recently signed up with SiteWizard on a monthly contract and am thus far very impressed!

Great service, polite interaction and most importantly results are starting to be apparent.

So far so good, our SEO campaign is moving in the right direction. Have seen a significant improvement in the last 2 months. The staff there and our contact has been very clear on what we could expect to get, managing expectations and just being all round very helpful. i would recommend :)
