Prefect experience
Met Rick from Cheshire depot at NEC show in October. Made a deal to purchase a vehicle unseen. Travelled from Belfast on Tuesday morning. Purchased vehicle and was leaving the depot by noon. Everything prefect. If C'berg made motorhomes, Rick would selling them

An all round pleasant experience trading in and buying a newer second hand caravan at Spinney
Negotiations were friendly and Konrad very helpful with information. Communications were good between signing the order form and collection day.
On the day it was good that Dave was there to tell us where to park our trade in van. His handover instruction was very good. He has excellent technical and personal skill. The transaction was completed with Konrad in a very pleasant way. I hope the after sales service/ warranty is up to the same high standard

Went to Spinney flintshire to buy a van..Agreed prices and paid deposit..however the next day when emptying my van I realised there was not enough storage in new van..Our fault entirely..Thought now getting deposit back could be iffy .Couldn't be further from truth..Paid deposit back immediately..not a qualm or fuss..Dealt with Simon who was top class throughout..Would definitely recommend dealings with this firm

New caravan
Everything went very smoothly throughout the whole process from Tony at the caravan and motorhome show right through to updates from both Becky and Barry. The handover, and as Barry said we might learn something new even though we are experienced caravaners, he was right! The handover was very thorough and didn't miss anything. Can absolutely recommend Spinneys Staffordshire, no excessive pressure just plenty of knowledge to let you make your own informed choice. Thanks to all for a great experience.

Spinney Warwickshire have just addressed a few warranty issues that I reported on my caravan.
The Aftersales team did an excellent job all round. All issues resolved to my satisfaction with the work completed on time.
Service Reception always polite and professional, keeping me informed on job progress.
On collection, Neal the technician gave a full account of all the work completed.
My thanks go to the entire team. 10 out of 10 from a happy customer.
This is a company who delivers on both Sales and Aftersales.
