Fantastic service and appreciated the little freebies!

Went to the shop and it was great to chat to the guys. Had good knowledge of the products and made suggestions too which was good. Also ordered flavour which they recommended from the site recently, which was really good and quick. Came within 48 hours and with tracking. Really impressed

I had such a fantastic experience with StarBuzz! Their delivery was not only on time, but they also kept me well-informed with regular updates, which was greatly appreciated. But the real surprise came when I opened the package - I found a delightful assortment of sweets inside. My younger brother was over the moon and thoroughly enjoyed them. It was such a thoughtful touch from StarBuzz, and it made our day.

What made this even more special was the realization that these sweets corresponded to the flavors of the shisha flavoring. It was such a unique and clever idea. We were initially shocked at how good the flavors were. In fact, I can confidently say that these were some of the best shisha flavors I've ever had the pleasure of trying. Each flavor was a delightful surprise, and it truly elevated our shisha experience.

Brought as a deal tro 100 gram flavours and 1kg of coal the coal didn’t arrive

The order was okay. The "free" coal they included was instead replaced by a small shisha flavour, which is fine. The flavour is okay, a bit weak and doesn't last as much as I would like for the price.

However, I did pay extra for next-day delivery because I was expecting guests. Instead, I received it three days later. I'll probably look for something more reliable next time.

Rubbish company they don’t have any phone number or anything they came late and I paid for same day delivery I won’t be going back to this company again my Shiaha lounge won’t be using there services I would give 0 stars if this was an option
