I had service done at Stellantis Birmingham on 13/02/23 - I have never received any report, and I seriously doubt that anything has been done. I prebooked additional services but no one called me to take the payment, and the car was returned a few hours later than expected. I called numerous times to get a copy of the report, and I was promised a callback but it never happened. Avoid it if you can.

Was told car would be ready before the end of January by the sales manager. Hopefully collecting it on 18th February

I LOVE LOVE my car so much .. Aaron is great at what he does lovely human .. Also when picking my car everything went perfect! Hopefully will definitely be getting more cars from robins and day peugeot dealerships all thanks to Aaron. X

I live in the sticks in Sth Staffs, I am a disabled customer, despite several requests to ask to the service manager via call handler, they never bother to get back back to me to discuss my needs, I am approx 18 miles away and cannot counternance this Non service, they just dont care, find another Citroen berlingo servicing agent!! I have rang almost on a weekly basis since my last post, have been told again and again I will be called back and nothing. I am still waiting on the spare key, I ring for updates and I am told I will be called back but haven’t been once. I ring again and I speak to someone else and again still no further. This is beyond frustrating and buying the car 13 months ago is highly disappointing

Went for a test drive of the new C5 Aircross and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. This was my first experience dealing with Citroen and I can honestly say that Robins and Day especially the salesman Anthony were very professional with great knowledge of the various buying options available to me. I wasn't put under any pressure and was left to think and decide what I wanted to do. Nothing was to much trouble he was very polite , helpful not pushy like at some dealerships a true gentleman Thank You.
I purchased the model I test drove and I'm picking it up this week cant wait. I must also mention Shiv the manager I did give him a hard time negotiating a deal but he was very fair and I got a great price for my trade in.
I will be taking my car back to them for servicing rather than use 2 other Citroen dealers nearer to my home. The service is faultless and would highly recommend them to anybody.

Having spoke to mobility about what car may suit my needs. They narrowed it down to the citreon berlingo e. And recommended to go and see it. I booked an appointment with Robinson & day who confirmed they had one on show. Come the day I attended at 1pm. Only to be told they won't have one till Feb to view and told me they left a message at 9.15am to call them back. The phone was on silent because I was in the hospital
Another call would have been nice. Just wasted my time. Looks like it's back to mobility to see what other cars are available
