Diagnostic report
I took my car in for a second diagnostics in July and I still waiting for the report!! I have been in contact with the service advisor several times and was promised that he would email me the details that day etc. I never had anything back from them. I had to make a complaint to customer services regarding this. The dealership first lied and said my vehicle was all good, even though it seems as though it will require a new catalytic converter and will break down when driven with engine light on. Then they say as I had not paid for the second diagnostics then they will not produce a report. I was told by the service advisor that they wanted to complete a second diagnostics to be sure and that I would not have to pay for this. At no time was I informed that I would not receive a report or details of exactly which parts are required. The service advisor stated that they would get all the details and email them to me. I am totally disgusted with their customer service or lack of.
My vehicle should not require a new catalytic converter at just 22,000 miles.
Customer services have done nothing to resolve this and said that I would have to take it in for another diagnostics!!! Totally ridiculous. As if I would want to take it back there or even to another dealer. All I want is the information I need to get the car repaired. It is shocking that they lied to customer services and now have no recourse on the matter. They are a total sham.
I will never buy another Vauxhall vehicle again.
