My visit for a service/MOT was handled both professionally and efficiently. I was kept informed of the outcome of my vehicle's health check, necessary additional work/parts and associated costs during the course of the day.

Staff and Malcom in motability really friendly really easy to order in the day. Citreon rang straight away after requesting a brochure although there wasn't a espace tourer to view and test drive I kind of expected it and wasn't bothered at all as I just wanted to order anyway. Really quick and easy to order

My husband visited today and ordered a C3 Aircross. He seems to be very happy to have a new car, so that is very good for him. The staff at Sale were very pleasant and efficient.

Very poor customer service. Phoned today for advice and the way I was spoken to and fined off by a service team member was appalling. Was eventually put through to the service manager who apologised and explained the situation better. Will also be putting in a complaint about Stallantis in general.

Faultless Service! Customer service team were very welcoming, patient and friendly. The team kindly and professionally dealt with all my questions and even suggested where I could get some lunch whilst I was waiting for my car service (which was a perfect suggestion and truly most welcome) I was kindly offered a drink on my return whilst I waited to collect my gleaming car,that had been given a complimentary service wash (again most kind and very much appreciated) also kindly gifted a winter pack. What an absolute bunch of crooks. I can not actually believe i handed over Money to these bunch of cowboys.
You walk in and it looks like a reputable company. So you think you can trust them and be willing to pay more than you know the car is worth because they can be trusted. But you may as well buy your car off kev on a corner. I can not believe how bad this place is. They make lots of promises. But keep none.
Currently taking them to trading standards. So will post more once I’ve received a response.

Super service agent. Kept informed throughout by the service engineer. All the work completed on time.

I reserved a car at the Sale branch last Monday evening. By lunchtime the next day, I had received a refund of the reservation fee with no explanation, and no one had responded to the email sent when I reserved. I called the branch and was told someone else had reserved the car and it had been sold to them. As you can imagine this was not the experience I was expecting to receive. The vehicle was still showing as available and could be reserved for a few days after that.

The Redditch branch has pretty much the same car - same make, model, colour, year and just 100 miles less, but it is over £1000 more. I have asked if they will match the price and they have said they won’t do any deal. I don’t understand how there can be £1000 difference between branches of the same dealership.

The whole situation is bizarre and has left a bad taste in my mouth. Would not recommend.

Communication from the get go was impeccable up until I received my car and then was told if I needed anymore help he was just a phone call away.. couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Kent went above and beyond and always had time to answer any questions I had, even when i rang up or had emails to reply to, they were prompt and professional. On the day I went to collect my car, he shown me how to work everything in the car which was lovley since Im new to this whole car business 😅.fab handover process ..Couldn’t have asked for a better service!
