Service at its best! Don’t look no further. After ringing various dealerships I kind of lost hope. Jamie was very professional she took the time to listen to what I was looking for. Within ten minutes she had emailed me the details of cars available along with the information that I needed. Nothing was too much trouble! We met her face to face with a drink of our choice waiting. First class service well done. It doesn’t get better than this…10/10

Good Advice
Went into Robins Day to choose a replacement vehicle for my Peugeot 5008 got some great advice when I laid out my requirements and following an impromptu test drive ordered a Citroen CX5. Nothing was too much trouble. Great service.

Motability - the right service and car
Been looking for the best deal that supports our needs with Motability. After viewing several vehicles and dealing with various levels of customer service, we are delighted wit Robins & Day.
We were warmly welcomed by Luke Smith at the Sale branch, our needs were listened to, good conversation, cars on site to view, easy process and the big one.... it's not a 9 month wait for the car!

Pleased with the deal
The showroom and facilities were well presented and had a good selection of vehicles on offer. We had done online research prior to our visit so had a shortlist and knew that brand new cars with future delivery dates would not be available for viewing.
Paul M was very friendly and helpful showing us similar cars, colours and offered test drive if required. We bought a new car with delivery expected in September and he was very honest about the possibility that the date might slip. All the options for add ons were explained but we didn't feel under any pressure to take those.
Follow up and communication was good. Fingers crossed all goes smoothly in September!
