I ordered a C3 Citron last May 23 and after a very poor customer experience over the past 4 months I still have not got my car !
One sales person in particular who I was dealing promised me the earth virtually and still has yet to deliver on his promises - a loyal customer of many years I feel frustrated and disappointed with Stellantie perhaps Robin & Day would have treated their customers better ! Just saying

I recently purchased a used Citroen…
I recently purchased a used Citroen from the Manchester branch and dealt with Darren Kenny ( Sales exec ). The complete experience was really good and very professional.
Car I purchased was thoroughly prepared, I test drove it, got a full rundown on the controls and drove it back to Scotland.
Got a follow up call a few days later to check everything was ok.
All in all a very professional service.

Can you trust them!
We exchanged two cars for a new used car 3 months ago to have to
Pay £700 for new break pads and discs all round. When we complained they refused to refund or contribute towards any costs which is appalling having Spent £17k after it had had a full health check, service and mot before we picked it up. Would never recommend or purchase from them again.

Hello Tracy, I’m sorry to read about your negative experience with us. I have spoken to the Salesperson who you have been liaising with. In the first instance If you have an issue with the car we would request for you to come and speak to us, so we can investigate the issue and rectify. I believe you went to our workshop who offered a health check but you refused this. You then on your own merit decided to replace brakes without consulting us and then presented us with the bill. Unfortunately we don’t operate like this. Had you given us the opportunity to look at the car we could of advised and if it needed brakes I would of been happy to replace them. As with anything in business there is a process we follow. But if you didn’t give us the opportunity to do so. Therefore I disagree with your review. Regards Jeffrey Brock

Servicing my car at Robins & Day.…
Being disabled they always collect and return my car plus I get a video of what they have done, plus it’s cleaned before it’s retuned, so I can only give them top marks and the phone staff are great also if you go in the showroom the counter staff are as polite as can be.
