I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with Stellantis &You Birmingham Central. I took my car in to address a specific issue with the fuel gauge, for which I authorised a charge of £312. However, not only was the problem left unresolved, but the service centre also tried to justily the charge by claiming it covered investigations into unrelated issues, which is inaccurate according to my invoice.
Despite numerous attempts to get clarity and a refund for the incomplete service, the responses from the General Manager, were dismissive and unhelpful. They acknowledged that there could be multiple faults but still refused to take responsibility for the unresolved problem. Instead of addressing my concerns, l was directed to the Motor Ombudsman, which felt like an easy way to sidestep accountability.
Adding insult to injury, I was expected to leave my car again for further investigation, which is highly inconvenient after such an unsatisfactory experience. I trusted Stellantis & You with my vehicle, but the lack of transparency, poor customer service, and unwillingness to rectily their mistakes were deeply disappointing.
I will not be returning to this service centre and advise others to be cautious if considering their services.

Rubbish from start to finish bought a car from them in October 2024 and it’s now Jan 2025 and still no V5 logbook no customer service support crap useless business. Would never buy another Stellantis Vehicle. Avoid Stellantis & You Birmingham Central Dealership.

Dej was absolutley amazing from the get go! I was able to receive my vehicle after 2 months with a load of additional extras for the same price. I'm very impressed with the service that dej has provided and I would strongly recommend her to anyone coming to stellantis!
