My dealer Jordan Warrener was absolutely on point with everything that related to the sale of my car!!nothing was too much trouble for her, she answered all my queries in a very professional manner, she made me feel comfortable, not only that, I had an issue with my Android Auto and I visited the showroom on two occasions so she could show me how to set it up, she even gave me her own personal wire, bless her, it's now working thanks to her sound advice very impressed with this young salesperson 😀

Took car in for the airbag recall. Was not offered recompense or an alternative form of transport so had to walk and take buses to my appointments. Collected the car when it was completed, got home to find that they had damaged the main window winding switch unit. I was told to bring car back for it to be looked at but that it would cost to fix if it was not connected to the airbag repair. I couldn't be bothered to take the car back because it would be another inconvenience and I would have to walk 2.5 miles to get back home. I decided to dismantle the switch unit and repair it myself, while doing this, I found that they had left out bits from the fuse box that they hadn't replaced and also left stain marks on the dash. I contacted their department to let them know my findings and that I had dealt with the problem and they didn't have the courtesy of responding to me. I have previously used the Chingford service branch and they have tried to rip me off by getting me to pay for work which did not need to be done and also damaged my car. I have also used the Edgware branch and they too have been useless because I have had to return to them to fix what they have done wrong. I like the DS brand and was considering another but bacause of my experience with Stellantis and the current number of recalls, no way will I be touching another.

Firstly it was so refreshing to be advised on the purchase of a new electric vehicle by a young well-informed pleasant young lady. Her name is Jordan Warrener and she is employed as a Sales Assistant in the Citroen dealer Chelmsford. Her bright smile from the get-go instantly warmed me to her and made the purchase of my new car effortless and exciting. Her attitude and manner were positive, upbeat and approachable. Jordan consistently remained like that for the several hours I spent in her delightful company.
I have no hesitation in recommending Jordan in the potential sale of a vehicle at the Citroen branch in Chelmsford.

Having received very poor service & aftercare from an independent garage in Ongar we took our Citroen to Stellantis & You in Chelmsford. Received great service & felt really looked after from day 1 by Muhammed & colleagues and the manager Iain Bolton. All repair work completed by their Service Team & completely satisfied with them, my first port of call going forward.

factory recall on a DS3 airbag, was informed to book through STELLANTIS, where it would be booked in for free.
its taken three days of multiple phone calls to the service desk, emails, voice mails, again more calls at different times of the day , being on hold each time for 30 minutes, the online service does nto book in factory recalls,. cannot drive the DS3 with no airbag due to recall . yet no response or even a courtesy phone call, they dont pick up the phone its outragous

Also, Jordan was very helpful and friendly. She's funny and professional and also helped in transitioning of the vehicle ownership. Very good personal service for the initial sourcing of the car and for processing the sale to me. Very knowledgable and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble for them and they were keen to make sure I was comfortable with every step along the way. Both Keith and Jordan were great.

Booked the car in for a door lock fault. Other dealers had over a months wait for an appointment. Stellantis managed to fit us in within 2 days.
They confirmed the door lock was faulty, replacement part may take 5 to 7 days.
As we were due to go on holiday the Sevice Manager managed to get the part in next day, and an early appointment for the change was offered.
From the Reception personnel, right through Service Engineer and Service Manager couldn't have been more helpful.
In the future, I'll be looking to use them for all my servicing needs.

Very friendly manor when enquiring over the phone which continued upon arrival at the show room . Was served by Kris , and can’t fault his service at all. Overall very happy with my experience at this dealer and would recommend it highly
