A very well run service department
A very well run service department. The staff are all helpful, which instils a strong sense of reliability and confidence. They took great care of my vehicle, and completed the work efficiently and with minimal disruption to me. A reflection of the excellent leadership and organisation of the management team.

After ringing several independent garages I finally called this main dealership.
Surprisingly the price quoted was extremely competitive.

Don’t bother if you need a trustworthy car!
We purchased a 2020 plate Vauxhall Crossland X, low milage, used car in December 2023. Less than 3 months later the car broke down, needed a new clutch & flywheel. After a lot of hassle with the RAC & booking the repair, we finally got the car back in May!
3 months after that, in August, the car broke down again, god knows what’s wrong with it now, can’t get it in for diagnostic/repair until mid October!!
Whilst its under warranty it’s an absolute joke! We’ve been provided a courtesy car after numerous calls, emails, complaints but we have not received any response to my emailed complaint sent in August!
The car has been off the road more than on the road since we purchased it which is far from ideal when my husband travels 500 miles per week to get to/from work!
Take your hard earned money elsewhere, I know I’m not the only buyer that has had numerous issues with cars being bought from this company/dealership!
Update re: Reply from stellantis below - as discussed? When have we had a discussion? I have had no reply to my emails. Ombudsman is my next step.

The people in customer service could not be more helpful even the techies come and help with a small problem.
That's the good bit - then you have the phone system. This is probably the worst phone system in Britain, impossible to decipher what someone is saying. Try it for yourself.
