Great experience from start to finish! Met a nice guy in the yard who helped us get parked! Zach was very knowledgeable, very helpful and friendly! Totally unpressured to buy! Definately recommend! We will be back!

Very friendly reception staff and car returned clean...inside and out. This was even better for me as we had just returned from Belgium previous evening visiting the war graves and it rained...very very hard. The car was filthy inside and out. Thanks very much as it saved me a job.

We had a great experience with…
We had a great experience with Stellantis in Chelmsford, though we are based a long distance from them. Zach was really helpful and responded to all our questions about the car we had found on autotrader quickly and honestly. We agreed a price which included delivery, and the car arrived within a week of us finalising the deal. Overall, they were flexible and easy to deal with and I would recommend them, and Zach in particular.

Very positive experience
I have bought a couple of cars from Citroën previously but not from this dealership before. I don't welcome pushy sales so am always sceptical when making such a purchase but I have to say the salesman Zach put my mind at rest the minute I met him. He was very friendly, courteous, approachable and knowledgeable and gave me as much time, without pressure that I needed. 5* service from Zach and would definitely recommend to friends and family

I booked my motorhome for a service
I booked my motorhome in for a service at Stellantis and you call centre . I was booked in for the 10 November , when I went to check my van in for its service they turned around and said WE CANNOT SERVICE YOU VAN ITS TO BIG TO GO IN THE GARAGE. I was told by the call centre it’s no problem about the size just take you service book and other items with you . The call centre have no I dear what they are saying to their customers . I waisted a days Hoilday for this cock up by their call centre . I WOULD NOT BOOK THREW THE CALL CENTRE GO DIRECT TO THE GARAGE. YHEY DO NOT GIVE THE RIGHT INFO TO THE DEALERSHIPS . I DO NOT RECOMMEND STELLANTIS AND YOU GO ELSE WERE.A COMPLETE WAIST OF TIME.

Absolutely outstanding service
I came in looking to upgrade my current car which I’ve owned for 10 years, a bit apprehensive to see what options I had. However very soon after arrival Zach and Marc made me feel very comfortable throughout the sales process, laying out potential options for me to consider at my own pace. They were very knowledgable, and gave me all the time I needed and I’ve come away with exactly what I needed. I can’t give these chaps enough praise for their customer service, I’ll 100% be returning and recommending them to all my friends/family.
