Came in looking for a new car for my misses and was approached by Zach, who I recognised when I had bought a car from another dealership. Once I sat down with him I knew that I was going to be looked after as had previous experience with him before and couldn’t have been any happier. Would happily go to him 10x over as he comes through and meets my needs everytime I’v looked for a new car

Great experience
Great experience when looking to purchase my next car. The salesman zach was very friendly and informative. I felt comfortable enough to ask questions and not pressured into buying something I didn’t want. Would 100% recommend all of the team.

Kris in Chelmsford was so lovely and friendly. I'd recently been in an accident and it was the first time getting back into a car but he was so patient and put me at ease when going through everything. Can't thank him enough and would 100% recommend him to anyone!!

We had a very bad experience
In August, we did a big service at Stellantis & You Chelmsford for our car. After the service, it was found that our Coolant was okay with the status of G.
Unfortunately, two days after the big service, we experienced a serious Coolant leaking problem for our car. This was new to us and was not shown before the big service.
When we called back over the phone, the receptionist told us that we should pay an additional fee for a new diagnosis and there would be a long wait. This was not acceptable and we were unable to speak to the manager...
Instead of going for a new diagnosis, we went to another Automotive car repair shop. Today, we paid £493.65 for fixing the serious Coolant leaking problem.

Awful description of car very disappointing
Went to view a Vauxhall used car it was awful condition the walk round video and pictures of car didn’t look like the same car advertised very disappointing and a total waste of my time every part of the car needed paint or body correction done .
Sales men were very apologetic about the car .
