overall bad experience
Booked a test drive for specific car.
I was booked for 11am which at the time was 2 hours after the initial phone call which was fine by me.
1 hour after the phone call I received call to change test drive to an hour later, which didn't cause inconvenience. 1 hour later [ 2 hours after initial phone call ] received 2nd call that they didn't have car and asked if I was ok test driving petrol instead of diesel. Bit annoying but not too much inconvenience.
I headed to dealership as drive was 40 minutes.
5 minutes before the test drive I received 3rd phone call, that she is really sorry, but have to cancel!
I asked if I can at least look at the car.
Got there and was told to rebook test drive for 22/04/2023 at 1pm as they don't have car ready. Car not being available for test drive for next 6 days.
On 22nd at 11am I received sms what time am i planning to get to dealership for test drive?...
Followed by phone call at 12pm asking what time am I planning to get there for my test drive.
I am guessing they forgot...
Overall, first impression and very bad experience.
Yes you are new, but no excuse for this kind of bad customer service
Wouldn't recommend it

A Joy to purchase from Stellantis with Harry
Absolutely terrific Sale Team members with Harry as our point of reference customer sales member and Ricky as department sales manager. Harry was absolutely excellent in his sales pitch and we didn't feel overwhelmed with information and jargon. Equally so was Ricky when it came to signing on the dotted line. Couldn't recommend Stellantis & You highly enough so far.....
