Excellent service ! Highly recommend

Faye in Reception was helpful and attentive. However, wait times of over 15 minutes to see staff could be improved.
After picking up my car, I discovered a small issue. But this was addressed in the post-service follow up call to my satisfaction.

Rowan from the Coventry branch was very helpfu. He kept in regular contact & acted in a professional manner whilst being friendly & attentive.
My new car arrived quickly & the whole process from start to finish was extremely quick & hassel free!!! Would definitely recommend!!!

Excellent service and communication from Aaron Wyatt at the Coventry branch of Stellantis. We travelled about an 90 mins to view a 3 year old mini. We were welcomed fairly quickly and once Aaron took over, the experience of viewing, test driving, negotiating and purchasing was very smooth. We were able to pick it up the following week and again the car was ready, spotlessly clean and Aaron took his time to hand it over. The after care and whole experience has been faultless and I would highly recommend buying a second hand car from this dealer. Thank you to Aaron for making it an easy purchase .. love the car!

I had a great experience buying a car. Rowan was so extremely helpful, I was taken completely seriously (which I haven’t been granted by sellers in the past) and was able to leave with the car I wanted. I am so extremely grateful to him and recommend to all!

Visited a couple of peugeot dealers and the car we wanted had a wait time of January.
Spoke to Cameron who said he would have a look at what he could do and managed to source the car spec we wanted and had it delivered within 2 weeks.
Great service, great people to deal with and would highly recommend.
Also Rowan at the handover was great as well.

On collection day she was as excited as I was which filled me with souch joy. She was very understanding of what I needed for my situation.

Even when one car fell through due to inaccurate information on the network. He worked hard to solve the issues and find us another car in budget.

We got a car through a gentleman called Carl Monk! He was amazing from start to finish. He knew his cars & sat down with us to discuss our needs and what would suit us best. Took his time & explained everything throughly. We ended up going for an electric car & he left no stone unturned. FANTASTIC GUY from start to finish & can’t wait to get my next car from him when it’s time. He was down to ground, honest, knew his stuff, kind & considerate and Peugeot should be highly proud & honoured to have someone like him work for them! He makes Peugeot! We’ve told everyone about your garage after it was recommended to us & they didn’t disappoint. Great guy & great dealership!

We met Rowan Wilson whilst we were browsing the used cars on display. He help us decide on which car would be best for us and arranged for a test drive. Once we had decided he talked us through the purchase process making it a smooth and uncomplicated procedure. We were very happy with the whole experience and my wife is now enjoying her new car.

Ordered our latest motability vehicle (Peugeot E3008) through sales Adviser Aaron Wyatt. The process from start to finish was brilliant. Kept informed at every step as our order progress. We even had the home charger fitted within 2 weeks of ordering. Hand over was never rushed, with help setting up the My Peugeot app and a genuine offer of help should I need it further down the line. This is my 4th vehicle on the scheme with as many manufacturers, and this was the best experience by far.

I ordered a car from a distance without seeing it! Stellantis Coventry were extremely helpful with sending photos, videos and answering questions. Even over the weekend I had an email response to a concern. The car was delivered to me in record time and my previous car was taken in part-exchange. This made everything so easy as I could get used to the car on home territory and buy a car to the exact specifications I required despite the distance. The delivery driver made the exchange easy. The sales person could not have been more helpful and I am so glad I bought the car.
