Imran Iqbal the sales person was spot on.
Clear, trustworthy, did not oversell, and got all done in the timeframe he said he would. A very positive experience

Shocking service bought a car in spetember with a fault. They could fix it so sent the car over to a main dealer ( car was a VW)
Car was fixed within the week of dropping it off however today is the 17th December 2024 and I'm still waiting for them to pay the bill to have the car released. 3 months no car.

Sina has been very helpful and patient to us as first time buyers.

I was only discussing with Ms Komel, Sales Manager at Stellantis & You, Edgware HA8 5AN for servicing my car. She totally lacks business ethics and politeness. Her attitude was shocking. I am surprised how an organisation as big as Stellantis &You can appoint such a Sales Manager.

Raj was amazing at explaining our new car and going through all our documents.

I recently purchased a new van from this dealership, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. When the van was delivered, it was missing factory tints, and they also forgot to include the spare kit for replacing the tyre. During the warranty period, I encountered numerous issues requiring repairs, including a defective timing belt. When I later took the van to a different mechanic, they informed me that the dealership had installed a faulty timing belt, and the engine was a mess with oil leaks and incorrectly applied silicone where proper gaskets should have been used.

The dealership’s staff was rude and seemed incompetent, even losing my locking wheel nuts along the way. The entire experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Superb experience in buying a car from Stellantis Edgware. All staff, especially Damian was very friendly and helpful.

Laura was very professional guiding me through the process of the mobility scheme and I would recommend her also she is very knowledgeable about Vauxhall cars

i came in asking for some advice on part exchanging my car and was served by Damien; that man deserves a raise, he was super helpful and answered any silly question I had and overall made the whole experience very enjoyable:) could not recommend him enough! thank you so much again!

Very good customer service. Free car cleaning and washing given at end of service. They also followed up with a phone call a few days later to see if all was well.

I’ve had a lots of issue with these clowns they won’t repair the problems I had a adblue problem which they replaced the adblue injector I had the dpf cleaned out after the dpf expert showed me on his Diagnostic pad which showed a vauxhall fault code P20EE THE ADBLUE INJECTOR RESET had the in injector changed 3 weeks before the DPF clean out they told at the dealership- I have to have A Diagnostic done I told them what the problem was but they don’t recognise any other companies diagnostic they think everyone one is a cash cow the staff was rude I will never go or rRECOMEND ANYONE TO USE THEM

Was greeted,
Sat in area staff offered to make me a drink.
Was a quiet comfy area with a Tv was given the remote.
I had chosen to wait there for the 2-3 hours.
Staff check I was ok several times.
They told be it was getting cleaned and would be about 20 minutes.

What a wonderful experience with the knowledgeable support from Abdul. Part exchanging was simple and painless. He took time to go through all of our requirements. Thank you!

Very happy with the car I bought from Stellantis Edgeware. Easy to arrange a test drive, fair price, delivered the car to me. There was a minor problem with the camera which has now been sorted.

Extremely impressed with the customer service from Filip. He made sure the problem was fixed, always answered calls (even on his day off once!) and at all times was friendly, professional but importantly to me, non pushy. I would use this dealer again, and recommend highly to others, largely based on my interactions with Filip.
