Warranty Parts Debacle!

Drove my van in with an Add Blue warning with 50 miles left to drive before it will not re start on the 12th. After telling me the parts are on order and it should only be a couple of days for the van to be off the road, I have just received a text stating parts are not available and can't give me a time when they will which is just ridiculous plus they are steadfastly rejecting any request to provide a temp vehicle whist my van is off the road. All in all this is very poor service from supposedly a major vehicle manufacturer.

In their reply to my previous review which gave the background, Stellantis have chosen to ignore my point that the car was booked in for one thing (I was told a diagnostic check was needed as I suspected a leak in the air con), only to call me after having the car for 4 hours and tell me that they couldn’t regas it because it had a leak.

Terrible experience with service department Edgware when my Peugeot Expert van was in for a service I would recommend you avoid this branch at all costs and to add insult to injury Stellantis make it very difficult to contact them to put in a complaint. I was contacted by the garage to say the brakes and discs needed replacing as they would be a fail on the MOT also a nail in one tyre I asked them to not do brakes I would get them done elsewhere at a more competitive price but to do the puncture assuming that they wouldn’t do the MOT as it’s going to fail and wasn’t actually due for another few weeks when I collected the van I was charged for a failed MOT ! Puncture not repaired and a rear light out ! If they carried a service and an MOT how was the faulty bulb missed ? They had no explanation for that.

took an e-208 in for a service today. This is the biggest rip off going. A quick search online shows that this should be around £100. Essentially there is nothing to service on an electric car. Brakes and other basic stuff can be checked, although this is covered by an MOT. For comparison an MOT is around £50. I was charged over £300. When I questioned it there was no plausible response. Just that it uses 1.8 hours of time at £145 per hour. It's an absolute racquet. This place is geared up for squeezing every penny out of customers. There are visible boards up with sales targets and even whilst I was sat there, I've if the staff was discussing with his manager how he'd upped a price so he could then give his customer the impression of a discount. Perhaps you should be a bit more careful on front of customers. I'd strongly advise people to stay well clear of this shark pool.
