Phone up and book a appointment and told me that if I can hold on they will supply me with a company car until the van has been fix and when I went in they got all my details and I was in a company car with in 15 min of everything and got phone calls to let me no about the van and then told me the to pick my van up the next day has it was all ready and got a video showing the problem with the vehicle and a email to say what the problem are so I could take it to my own mechanic and get the problem fixed easy and quicker

Everyone was friendly and explanned all the process in details they were quick to return the car and gave me a courtesy car.

Vivek has been amazing, the level of communication and help has been above and beyond what i’ve experienced in the past from other dealerships. We decided to wait for our car and he’s given us somewhere quiet to wait which is perfect for feeding my baby and the pressure off from trying to keep my 3yo from disturbing everyone. While waiting for my MOT to be completed I was approached by Annii. I hadn't considered buying a new car but will now probably test drive the new C5 Hybrid Aircross early next year.
