Excellent service, staff were friendly, helpful and very professional. Our salesperson Peter Ward was very good at his job, he took us for a test drive and explained lots about the vehicle and all the electronic gadgets that went with it. Back at the showroom we rarely had to ask questions as everything was explained in detail. The place was very clean and tidy and the staff smartly dressed, even the coffee was very nice. This is the 2nd vehicle we have got from Stellantis & You and we have been very happy with the service we have received.

Was initially delighted with the service when purchasing, Beyond delighted.

Sadly 6 months after spending £10,000 plus the 2 year warranty I’m shocked that the engine already has a fault and requires a cat replacement 6 months later. Told not to drive but earliest appointment was 8 weeks away. Luckily I called everyday until there was a cancellation. Currently been 7 days and have no resolution. Waiting for parts…

Luckily warranty covers repair cost, however don’t be fooled. No curtesy car so have had to spend a fortune on cabs and had poor communication throughout. Also the store manager refused to take my call or call me back to explain and apologise. I have lodged a formal complaint and a case with the motor ombudsman

The whole process was made seamless by Joseph and explained all aspects making the purchase a pleasure and we are big Peogeot fans , the Hatfield dealership comes highly recommended

What can I say excellent dealership superb customer service. This is my second Citroen C5 aircross from this dealership. We have been treated very well with our previous car for servicing ect during the last 2 years, so it was an easy decision to come again for our new car.
Peter Ward was our salesman this time and what a great person he is. Took time to explain about the car and then the nitty gritty details of the sale and all the paperwork. He was very friendly and put us at ease, I cannot speak highly enough of him. If you are looking for a Citroen then seek Peter out you will not be disappointed.
The whole team are welcoming and seem ready to go the extra mile to assist you. They are overseen by Darren Leader the general manger and as I can testify to based on personal experience if there should be a problem he will definitely ensure that it is resolved promptly and satisfactorily.
