I have to say, when walking into Hatfield Stellantis branch , I was approached by Neil Leicester and straight away made me feel at ease and making me want to purchase from there. Everything was sorted smoothly until the end and he accommodated to my needs. Absolute pleasure to deal with even though he’s a Tottenham fan, would reccomend Neil everyday day of the week, and I don’t agree with reviews but I feel I need to with how professional and witty he was. Appreciated every help Neil

We had excellent dealings with Beth in the Service Department at Hatfield. Our C3 Aircross developed a fault on the main computer and Beth couldn't have been more helpful. The car was in the garage for 3 weeks awaiting a new component from France. Beth very quickly obtained a courtesy car for us and kept us well informed by ringing and messaging every few days. Thanks a lot Beth.

My Citroen C5 Aircross was in for its annual service. I had arranged for this to be done while I waited. Reception staff were helpful and friendly and the work was carried out as planned, the car being returned to me cleaned and with the service record properly updated.

We decided to purchase a Electric car. We knew which one we liked the look of (Citroen Berlingo 5 Seater EV).
We visited the showroom in Hatfield and was very happy with the dealership. We test drove the vehicle and asked lots of questions which were all answered.
We purchased the vehicle and everything was very smooth, including the after service care with Peter Ward. much appreciated.

Peter was so kind , professional, providing the right level of information about the car, demonstrating car features, test driving, available purchase options and add-on products.

From our perspective, a car purchase should be a positive experience with clear information and let customer to make informed decision.

In last week I have seen 10+ small to mid size dealers , all those were very aggressive sales people who failed to achieve the sale due to their tactics, at least in my case.
