Fabulous service from Robins & Day, Hatfield. The salesman, Barry Knightley, could not have been more helpful or accommodating. And he offered us a great deal that others simply could not match! I cannot recommend Barry, or the dealership, highly enough.

Overall I was very satisfied with my experience. I just have one minor issue about how my car was returned after the service. I always have my lights set to auto but for the second year in a row this had been changed. I just wish the mechanics would learn to return the car exactly as they found it. Not a big issue but it really winds me up!

I recently purchased a Citroen C4 from Robins & Day in Hatfield. I viewed the car on Saturday and collected the vehicle on the Tuesday. The whole experience from start to finish was very smooth. Everything was dealt with very professionally by the salesman Billy. Billy explained the whole process very clearly. If you are thinking of buying a new car I would highly recommend Robins & Day.

The salesman was very helpful and explained all the options available to me so I could make the right decision. I was given time over the weekend to mull over the information before I placed an order for my new car. I did not feel under any pressure to make a quick decision.

Had to book my c3 picasso in for a repair, the service I received was impeccable and the repair was carried out free of charge due to a manufacturing warranty on the part despite my car being nearly 10 years old. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Purchased Peugeot 5008 2019 plate £22500 from hatfield branch car was delivered and when we received it both front seats are heavily stained even a valet can’t remove it also offside rear inside door capping scratched. Billy knightley sales man has Been no help promises to sort it always dodging emails phone calls even sales manager can’t be bothered. I’ve now had to officially open up the complainants procedure so waiting for reply. Will keep you posted guys.
