The agent I had an appointment with wasn't there when they asked me to come for a better price on my car instead of getting a better price it came in less what a waste of time so they lost another sale because the car I was going to buy will sit on forecourt ABIT longer

This company’s customer service is shite! My first negative review came after purchasing my vehicle in November 2925 with 3500 miles on the clock.
There were various electrical faults resulting in the salesman booking it in for diagnostics and a courtesy car arranged. On the day of it being booked in at 0800/0830 and my dropping it off service said “you have to wait for sales as they arranged the car”. An hour later I complained as I was still waiting and eventually the car parked outside the front door all the time was released to me - guess what? I drove it away with an empty tank!
After 3 days the battery was replaced and I picked up my car. The rep advised he had been asked by management to request me to delete my review on here which I did. I’ve since contacted them to ask why the service record says a service is outstanding from September last year, despite them selling it to me in November - no reply to 2 requests!
I’ve received an urgent recall due to a problem with the breaks. Also chased up my query with the service record. No response to the service query but vehicle booked in for the 15/6. Despite the recall letter saying it would be needed for an hour (so I can wait), they stated they require it for the day? When I explained I’m 45 minutes away and do they have a courtesy car - they do in July and it will cost £20, despite being a recall!
Don’t purchase from here would be my advice. Quick enough to take your money but don’t give a toss after they have it.
As for the car, I’ll take it to another dealership who looks after their customers and complain to the Motor Ombudsman.

Perhaps more money spent on electrical testing technology to check for faults first would be helpful in the future.

Absolutely amazing dealership! Could not be more happy with my experience of buying my car from them. Would recommend to everyone and anyone. Ollie, my salesman, was so kind and helpful. Answered all the questions I had and always answered quickly to my emails. Such a genuinely nice man, not just trying to get the sale done. Cannot speak highly enough of him. Was so happy with my experience and the car that I travelled for 2 hours to go and collect it. Managed to arrange everything remotely beforehand, which meant handover was so quick and easy. Was still able to check the car over and test drive before paperwork was done, to ensure I was happy with everything. Met the manager while we were there and he was so nice too. They both made it clear that they were still there after purchase, should I need anything. Ollie even checked in a few days later to make sure I was still happy with everything. Best experience of buying a car I have ever had or known. Would definately use again!
