Parts - Why not Off The Shelf rather than Held Up in France !
Slightly concerned that the near 3 weeks waiting for parts for my DS3 Crossback may turn into a significant wait due to issues in France with parts, according to their customer service team ! This is following a breakdown, where a diagnostics check and a car wash cost £ 156.00. I still need to pop back for the repairs once parts are in. This cost is likely to double against my recent payment of £ 156.00 Why, like a combustible car do they not have parts available "off the shelf" avoiding two unnecessary visits and costs?

The best deal and experience dealing with Paul, he made sure from start to finish that everything when smoothly, and was always a phone call away for any help or questions. I have just got my First Electric Vehicle from Stellantis and You, Abbay Lane, Leicester, which to me was a very daunting experience, However Emily Lewis, who helped me from start.to finish, was absolutely outstanding. The staff I dealt with in general were all lovely but being disabled means I have different needs and require alot of assistance and reassurance which Emily was only too happy to provide. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle and the Motorbility Scheme.
She was Patient and Understanding of my particular requirements. I am pleased to say Emily made the whole experience a pleasure. I would recommend Stellantis and You in Leicester if you are thinking of buying a Car or obtaining a Motorbility Vehicle. They Know Their Stuff.
