I noticed an issue with the paintwork on my Peugeot and arranged for a warranty repair at my local Peugeot approved paint repairer. The problems then started with trying to get this authorised under the manufacturers warranty. The estimates were continually incorrect and I was getting rather frustrated.
I took the time to call Peugeot Leicester, where the team dealt with my frustrations in a professional and very positive manner. They advised me to go to the Leicester branch of the approved body repairer and reimbursed me for the fuel used as I had to travel further. The estimate was done and within a few days the repair was authorised and the appointment to repair made.
The repair was carried out to my satisfaction. I must thank the attentive team at Peugeot Leicester for all of their help, Craig Glew in particular.

Citroen C5 Aircross
I purchased a C5 Aircross, E-Series Hybrid, following an advert on Autotrader from Stellantis & You Leicester. The process started around the beginning of September, when I spoke to Spencer Marriott. From the start to collecting the car on 26 September 2024, the experience has been brilliant. Spencer was knowledgeable about the car, polite, responded to questions very timely, he was very professional at all times. I live over 90 miles from Leicester so the communication between me and Stellantis & You Leicester had to be good, and it was great. Thank you, Stellantis & You Leicester, and especially Spencer who deserves 5***** for outstanding service.

New car purchase in Leicester of Stellantis &You UK
Today, I visited the Leicester branch and purchased a brand-new DS4. I was warmly welcomed by Sohail, the Sales Executive, who provided excellent service. He thoroughly explained the vehicle’s features and specifications, both in the showroom and during the test drive.
From the preparation of the new car to the arrangement of the sales documents, everything was handled to perfection. I opted for a part exchange, and the company offered a fair and very reasonable valuation.
If you are considering purchasing a new or used car, I highly recommend the Sales Executive at this branch.

Van Issues + Customer service
After a rocky start speaking with the main dealers, i was left nervous and not very happy .. until Jess down at Stellantis Abbey Lane helped me. jess was excellent, she communicated throughout so i wasn't left feeling frustrated, everything was done in a timely manner. I had text messages, emails and calls so her service was brilliant. She even got the mechanic to explain the issues to me which was really helpful.

Awful company
Awful company, started out with a minor issue of a broken window button to nearly a £1000 worth of work including them doing a recall which broke my central locking. For them offering to do all my work for free just so I don’t write a bad review. Few weeks after being fixed there’s still issues with my locking and all my inside electrical work(I did mention this when I had my button fixed again to be told as it was working at that moment they couldn’t do anything). They wanted me to pay £150 for a diagnostics but before I took it to them my car was working perfect no issues at all. How can I break something that was working before they touched it? Will never use them again.
