From the first phone call to picking up the car was a joy, Oliver was informative, very helpful, and very knowledgeable about the car we were looking to buy. He answered all queries (even when asked what may have seemed to him like basic stuff!) Was patient and went through every aspect of the process in detail. And the car is marvelous.

New car , and support
The whole process from making a decision to change cars to ordering a new car was simple, emily lewis helpful , patient and knowledgeable.
Test drive , part exchange, choices, finance all made simple and straightforward by emily.
Updated throughout and worked around us , I genuinely enjoyed whole process .
I have been with citroen for years however the last car ec4, and change to ec5 has been the best journey ever.
Thank you so much Emily ( and Sohail) my new EC5 aircross is amazing.

Bought a citroen car from the Leicester…
Bought a citroen car from the Leicester showroom, excellent service whilst buying it, but had a few teething issues one being serious but they cannot book in the repair for 7 weeks as they are busy. Asked about a courtesy car .. yes i can have one with 2 stipulations one is the date of the repair would go out 3 more weeks and secondly my free courtesy car would cost just under £20 in insurance, i asked if i could provide my own, NO thats not allowed, so much for free. Still they have money now.. Not Good
