I can't say enough good things about the experience we had with Stellantis, and specifically Sohail Gaba, the sales advisor that helped us. We had never bought a car remotely before and were generally pretty nervous about making such a big ticket purchase before seeing the vehicle. The other dealerships we had some conversations with did nothing to put these fears to rest either. But when we came across Stellantis, not only did they make the process very smooth, but Sohail always made us feel like a priority. He had a very reassuring approach, made everything crystal clear and was super communicative. I don't think we'd have ultimately gone through with buying a car remotely had we not encountered such excellent customer service.

I initially reserved the car online and booked a test drive, the next morning I got a phone call from Paul confirming the test drive. When we arrived we viewed the car and Paul came out to join us, he was very transparent and we could ask any questions. I liked the car so brought it, Paul was very flexible with the pickup time as we had problems getting across in the morning, when reading any details about the car or services they provide Paul was methodical and didn't rush, which gave us time to ask questions.
After having the car a week I realized there was no car jack with the spare wheel, there was no hesitation from Paul and he supplied me with one. I had a great experience purchasing my car from Peugeot and I know if I have any queries I can ask Paul via email.

You need to do something about your communication though which is hit and miss but you know this.

Just picked up a new DS3 from Robins and Day Leicester and the experience was first class all way. Kully and Gary really looked after me and I got into my new DS3 within 2 days!

Professional and reliable. I was provided with a useful video of the car by Sohail, who was also always willing to help and answer any queries. The transaction and delivery of the car was smooth. Received the car in great condition. Happy with the service received.

The initial video contact by Sohail was helpful in letting us have a look round the car before committing to an otherwise speculative journey to Leicester. Once there he was helpful with a detailed revue of the car and test drive.
In retrospect he could have spent a little more time on the practicalities of driving an all-electric car but he3 so0ld it to us anyway.
