Paid for car to be droped off at citroen ...Car went in for airbag on way home fell off steering wheel and is hanging by wires was told to drive car back with it hanging off serious safety issur with these cars stay away from them as they no help at all and no regards for your safety

Went to Stallantis with the intention of ascertaining what penalties may be incurred to end a four year contract after three years. As we entered the showroom we were greeting by one of the sales team, Sean. He listened to our needs and requirements, sat us down and methodically went through all the possible scenario’s. At this point it was clear that a new car was possible without any issues, and thats exactly what we got. Sean was excellent in providing detail, and describing the process. He is a credit to his showroom, we left the premises with the confidence that a car purchase had made with an informed choice. We look forward to delivery date!

Absolutely disgusting service promising phone calls that never never happen blatantly lying to cover themselves and their poorly trained staff !! Had my car for nearly a month with a body work problem causing the boot and rear seat to become soaking wet, initially refused to accept the problem was not a door or boot seal, and as such was not covered with the extended warranty. I would definitely avoid the dealership in Liverpool as it is an absolute disgrace to the motor industry.

we had a very bad experience here it was my grandson's 1st car we wanted everything perfect for him with bought the bows and everything to put on to surprise him with car outside his house.
But things went from bad to worse managers making promises they didn't keep the car had problem after problem to the point he is still having problems with the car. The sorriest day was the day we walked into that car showroom. I feel sorry for my grandson as the money he as payed out on this car is unbelievable. We went to a proper car dealer thinking we would if had all this.

Beware of buying from this company. They are liars and crooks. Paid for a service and they didnt do it, then tried to wriggle out of submitting a complaint or a refund. Small claims it is then.
