My car received a recall notice due to potential problem with hatchback door (Peugeot 107). The recall notice stated the door may need replacing or resealing. Took it in at 9am, waited 20 minutes to be seen. After 3 pm they ring and say it needs resealing and we have ordered some glue! I now need to book it in again which is all very inconvenient and time consuming. This wasn't an unexpected issue, why it could not have been checked early in the morning and repaired beggars belief. I have taken cars in and didn't know the problem and have had it diagnosed parts ordered and repaired in a day. I would not recommend using this service.

Mike the salesman was great. Very patient with all of my questions. Explained every stage in detail. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt like a valued customer. Got the car I wanted at a good price. Highly recommend Stellantis Liverpool.

I bought a brand new car from this depot last Christmas. As part of the sales talk they said they would do the first service free. They lied, tried to charge me. I will never buy from these people again. Be warned, they tell lies

What an apalling experience!

Last week, I called to ask for a price to do a repair on my Citroen C5 suspension, which was leaking. I spoke to the service reception to a chap who's name I regrettably did not get! I was told that he could not give me a quote as they would have to see the car. "Just bring it in and we will get someone to look at it. Then we can give you a price." I asked "Presumably Monday to Friday is best?" and the answer was "Yes". I said OK, I will bring it over.

Today I drove over and in early afternoon. Immediately, I got the impression that they thought I was lying about being told to just bring the car in. The chap I spoke to, went into the workshop and returned to say, "I'm not even sure if I can get anyone to look at it today, we need to book you in." At that, I said "Forget it, I'll go somewhere else!" and left, fuming!

What an abysmal way to treat customers! I wasted an hour and a half travelling to and from the Liverpool branch from the Wirral, spending £4 on tunnel tolls on the way there and back.

Great service from Callum, fantastic deal and brilliant customer service. A very smooth changeover.
